Terms and conditions

Please read these DCTPL SERVIZZ Wallet Terms and Conditions ("Terms") which apply when you install SERVIZZ APP to avail the services of Diss Computers Technologies Pvt Ltd.  These Terms state the terms and conditions on which DCPTL will provide, and you may use, the SERVIZZ Wallet Service ("Service") and form part of a legally binding agreement between you and DCTPL that also includes the Servizz.in Website Terms of Use Agreement, Electronic Banking Authorization & Disclosure, the applicable Agreement for Deposit Accounts, Electronic Funds Transfer Notice of Disclosure, and all related disclosures, which you can review, download and print at www.servizz.in/Disclosures. As used in these Terms, the words "you" and "your" refer to you, or in the case of a business account, the business entity in the name of which the account is titled, as the user of the Service; the words "Bank," "we," "us," "our" refer to DCTPL and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, agents or licensees. Consumer Privacy Your privacy and the security of your information are important to us.

Eligibility

• The SERVIZZ Wallet Services are not available to persons under the age of 18 or to anyone previously suspended or removed by DCTPL from availing the SERVIZZ Wallet Services or accessing the SERVIZZ Platform. By accepting the T&Cs or by otherwise using the SERVIZZ Wallet Services on the SERVIZZ Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed by DCTPL, or disqualified for any other reason, from availing the SERVIZZ Wallet Services or using the SERVIZZ Platform. In addition, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these T&Cs and to abide by all the T&Cs. Finally, you shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity. Finally, in the event of any violation of the T&Cs, DCTPL reserves the right to suspend or permanently prevent you from availing SERVIZZ Wallet Services or using the SERVIZZ Platform.

Definitions

• “Customer” or “you” means a person who has registered with SERVIZZ Platform and avails the SERVIZZ Wallet, and who has accepted the T&Cs, and a person who owns, operates, or has access to an internet compatible device that supports the SERVIZZ Wallet and the SERVIZZ Platform.
• “SERVIZZ Wallet” means the closed system pre-paid payment instrument.
• “SERVIZZ Wallet Account” means the Customer SERVIZZ Wallet account classified as closed system payment instruments issued by accepting minimum customer details being Customer name, e-mail address, mobile number, which permit payment for purchase of eligible goods from SERVIZZ Platform.
• “Transaction” means purchase of eligible products on the SERVIZZ Platform.

General Conditions for SERVIZZ Wallet

• You will be issued a SERVIZZ Wallet Account immediately after successful registration.
• You may add money to or recharge your SERVIZZ Wallet through online payment methods such as domestic credit/debit card and net banking. However, you will not be able to use international Cards, EMI, cards issued outside India or a combination of cards to add money to or recharge your SERVIZZ Wallet.
• SERVIZZ Wallets are available only to resident Indians who have attained the age of 18 years and are competent to contract.
• SERVIZZ Wallets are not transferable.
• You may add money into your SERVIZZ Wallet upto maximun of rupees 1,00,000. This limit will be inclusive of any credits made by you and any refunds received by you for any Transactions in your SERVIZZ Wallet. Additionally, the balance in your SERVIZZ Wallet shall not exceed INR 1,00,000 (One lakh only) at any relevant time of determination. These limits may be reviewed and modified at the discretion of SERVIZZ without prior intimation to the Customer.
• We will make every reasonable effort to respond to Your refund request at the earliest. Please note that We will not be responsible for delays, which may be caused by any third parties, such as banks and Merchants, on whom We rely while processing Your refund request
• Except for our limited role in processing payments that You authorize or initiate, We are not involved in any underlying transaction between You, any other User, Merchant, bank or other third party. We are not a bank and do not offer banking services.
• Please do not share your Registration Data with any third parties as You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Registration Data and will be liable for all activities and transactions that occur through Your Account whether initiated by You or any third party.
• SERVIZZ reserves the right to suspend/discontinue SERVIZZ Wallet services to you at any time, for any cause, including, but not limited, to the following-
• Unless otherwise specified by Us, Revised T&Cs will take effect automatically and be binding on and from the day they are posted on the Official Website. By continuing to access or use Services, You will be deemed to have agreed to accept and be bound by such Revised T&Cs. If you do not agree to the Revised T&Cs, You should discontinue accessing or using Services immediately

 SERVIZZ Wallets are not transferable. Your SERVIZZ Wallet allows you to access your virtual representations of credit and debit amounts on your supported devices.

You may avail of only those modes of payment listed at our website, which list may be revised from time to time by Us,

You may use the wallet amount to avail the services you hire through SERVIZZ APP..

No interest will be payable by SERVIZZ on the available balance in wallet.

In case you want to withdraw the wallet money, you have to click “Request bank transfer” tab, fill in the details and your request will be proceeded from Servizz account for approval.

We will approve the same and within 15 days you will receive your amount after deducting  4.99%  as an Bank Transaction charges & Other handling charges to your account. 

You are responsible for keeping your mobile device and the application private and secure from unauthorized use. After obtaining the Wallet application, you should secure your device with care.

 If you share your credentials with any other person, they may be able to use your mobile device and get access to the Wallet service. You should and you will be responsible if your wireless mobile device or authentication credentials have been lost, stolen or compromised in any way or an unauthorized person has used or may use your credentials without your authorization.

SERVIZZ'S DISCLAIMERS AND RIGHT TO REMOVE

a. SERVIZZ does not endorse any Submitted Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and SERVIZZ expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with all Submitted Content. SERVIZZ does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Website/APP, and SERVIZZ will remove any Data (as defined below) or Submitted Content if properly notified, pursuant to the "take down" notification procedure described in Section J below, that such Posting or Submitted Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. SERVIZZ reserves the right to remove any Data or Submitted Content without prior notice. SERVIZZ will also terminate a user's access to the Website/APP, if he or she is determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a Website/APP user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/ or has had Submitted Content removed from the Website more than twice. SERVIZZ also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to decide whether any Data or Submitted Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Use for all violations, in addition to copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, including, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. SERVIZZ may remove such Submitted Content and/or terminate a user's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion.

b. You acknowledge and understand that when using the Website, you will be exposed to Submitted Content from a variety of sources, and that SERVIZZ is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Submitted Content. You further acknowledge and understand that you may be exposed to Submitted Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against SERVIZZ with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold SERVIZZ, its owners, members, managers, operators, directors, officers, agents, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Website/APP.

c. You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles and other content, including, without limitation, Submitted Content that you publish or display on or through the Website, or transmit to other Website/APP users. You understand and agree that SERVIZZ may, in its sole discretion and without incurring any liability, review and delete or remove any Submitted Content that violates this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Website/APP users or others.

d. Unless otherwise specified by Us, Revised T&Cs will take effect automatically and be binding on and from the day they are posted on the Official Website. By continuing to access or use Services, You will be deemed to have agreed to accept and be bound by such Revised T&Cs. If you do not agree to the Revised T&Cs, You should discontinue accessing or using Services immediately
