Service booking Cancellation Policy





Estimate Disapproved:
If customer disapprove the estimate / quotation, no refunds will be applicable, then the device will be returned to picked up point

Device Repair Return Policy:
Our standard return time remains as 2 working days after the device is repaired and ready to dispatch. We, the service provider, will make all efforts to repair the device, after all testing and QC (Quality checks) approval we will send it to back customer with SMS notification time and date of Delivery. After providing OTP to courier Person the Device will be handed over to customer.

Delay in Repairing:
We, the service provider, are not liable for any delays, non-performance, back-up of data or non-delivery of parts within 5 days, due to unavailability of spares, complexity of the problem, natural calamity, etc. However, we will keep the customer informed about delay and appropriate estimate date of return.

Limited Warranty:
The warranty tendered hereunder, on the electronic product(s) sold under this invoice will be provided exclusively by their respective Authorized Agents/Distributors and are limited, except otherwise mentioned as per the warranty conditions as carried along with the products(s) or mentioned on SERVIZZ Invoice. Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand owner/supplier, SERVIZZ is only a facilitator. For repairs no warranty will be provided, Physical Damage items are not covered under warranty. Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service centre. Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty. Warranty is applicable within the limits specified. No warranty will be applicable on cartridges (toner), Cables and accessories are not covered under warranty. However, warranty does not include Physical damage, Liquid damage, Tampering, Accidental damage, explode damage, Human misuse (Also warranty depends on manufacturers’ company policy, term and product type). We will not be responsible to provide replacement for customer if manufacturer company refuses warranty under their term.

Product Life Expectancy:
We, service provider, put all our efforts to inform the customer about product warranty and its expected life. however, we do not take responsibility if it doesn't meet with the standard. Product's life and usage may vary and depends on the manufacturers. 26. Device Non-Repairable: We will put all our efforts to repair your device however in any circumstances if your device is not repairable or we are unable to repair then same will be returned to customer and applicable Visit / diagnosis charges will be liable to pay. No dispute will be entertained. If device is not repairable then Visit + diagnosis charges will be applicable Or As committed by the support team.

Non-returnable Spare Parts:
Some of the defective parts replaced while undertaking the repairs will not be returned to the Customer. Examples: IC, Capacitors, Cables, Controllers, PCB, Damaged Screen, Motherboard, Hinges, Consumables etc. If customer need such consumables then he should inform and request us prior to repair by writing an email, for same return courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Device Repair Verification:
We service provider mainly focus on issue reported by customers, We try our best to test the device with all the possible ways to verify it. Hereby, we inform to the customer to verify the device at the time of delivery and confirm the issue status for which device was submitted. There would be no responsibility on SERVIZZ once the device has been handed-over to the customer. No issues will be considered for missing Spare Parts or malfunctions of the device. Customer should verify device specification from the pickup receipt. Customer solely understood the clause 1 mentioned in the repair policy

E-Com Advance Payment:
In some cases, spare parts may not be available in stock and required to get by order from authorized company service centre or distributor. In this case customer needs to book and purchased the spare parts online on SERVIZZ website/SERVIZZ APP in advance. Advance amount will be refunded if parts are not available by company Service centre or distributors. 100% advance will be refunded and no charges will be deducted. There will be no interest paid if authorized service centre or distributor delay the spare parts delivery. Refund policy T&C applicable

Payment & Billing:
Customer will be responsible to pay for Services offered. If customer refused or denied to pay the service charges/ Additional charges then device will be on hold until entire payment is made. Customer has to make the payment prior of delivery. The delivery executive has right to refuse the payment if it is not made in full. Customer has to make a payment in requested method by delivery person. Customer should verify the available payment options / method in advance. Customer can make the payment only by online portal or through SERVIZZ APP.

Advance Purchase:
In case customer purchase advance or bulk services their amount will be kept in the wallet account of SERVIZZ. If the customer avail any of the services from the SERVIZZ APP the amount will be deducted from the SERVIZZ wallet and invoice will be sent to customer.

Promotion:
Sometimes SERVIZZ announces special offer’s like promocode, Gift Voucher’s Etc, it will show in SERVIZZ APP time to time, but it will benefit to customer only after availing the service.

Coupon Policy:

Coupon code “SERZ636” is only applicable on Diagnose of devices such as Laptop, desktop, CCTV, Biometric & Network. Repairing, Installation, Data Transfer, Online support, Rental Product & Shop Online are Excluded under this offer. Code can be redeemed only on a Booking of value minimum of ₹636

General Terms:

Invoice:
Customer will receive electronically generated invoice (PDF) to his registered email address. Warranty details of the purchased products will be mentioned on the Invoice.

GST Invoice:
We follow strict guidelines for GST / taxes. Customer will be invoiced including GST. Corporate customer should share GST number with GST registered name while registration on SERVIZZ APP in order to claim GST.

Refund:
Due to unpredicted reason refund will be processed with deduction of visiting charges and diagnosis charges other charges if any as applicable. Also, if new spare part was ordered and used then, either spare part cost will be adjusted in refund or spare part will be taken back. However spare part is not returnable then customer has to bear the cost associated with it. All kind of Refund will be credited back to the customer’s wallet he has to send a request through SERVIZZ app as per wallet return policy. Unpacked products / Spare parts / Out of warranty products issues will not be considered for refund. Customer will receive the refund within 15 days or as per bank T&C.

Wallet return policy:
In case you want to withdraw the wallet money, you have to click “Request bank transfer” tab and your request will be sent to SERVIZZ. We will approve the same and within 15 days you will receive your amount to your a/c as requested by you, or it will be transferred as the way the amount is been received to SERVIZZ Wallet.

Authorized Service Centre Warranty:
It is customer responsibility to seek the product / device warranty from manufacturer (Authorized Service Centre) whenever it is applicable. We should not be held responsible if authorized service centre refused the warranty. We advise customer to read the manufacturers term and conditions carefully. Customer has to produce invoice in case to claim the warranty by manufacturer / Brand service centre.

Multiple Delivery Attempt & Delivery Charges:
If and for some reason, Our executive has attended the customer for delivery of device or Product on the appointed time, however due to customer unavailability the servizz person is returned, due to these reasons the order will be held cancel and full amount will be forfeit And customer can rebook delivery by sending request through email on care@servizz.in an additional charges as per applicable it can be paid at the time of receiving delivery from the courier person. In case if customer request to deliver the product later than the demurrage charges as applicable will be paid by customer on daily basis when delivered.

Misbehaviour with SERVIZZ TEAM:
Customer understand and agreed that any Physical / Misbehaviour / Abusive wording used with SERVIZZ team at service location will be attracting legal action and any dispute will be handled and resolved as per Thane Jurisdiction only. 41. Dispute Resolution: In case, customer have a dispute with service Engineers / Vendors due to personal reason, customer hereby can release the company SERVIZZ , its Owners, directors, from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature.

Misbehaviour with SERVIZZ TEAM:
Customer understand and agreed that any Physical / Misbehaviour / Abusive wording used with SERVIZZ team at service location will be attracting legal action and any dispute will be handled and resolved as per Thane Jurisdiction only. 41. Dispute Resolution: In case, customer have a dispute with service Engineers / Vendors due to personal reason, customer hereby can release the company SERVIZZ , its Owners, directors, from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature. Website or company would have no liability for any loss or damage incurring to customer due to any communications or dealings with any of the service provider, or other users on the website.

Consultants:
Customer understand and agreed that SERVIZZ works as consultant to provide services related to computer hardware. Also, SERVIZZ provide services through own Booking service on SERVIZZ APP or Website.

Limited Scope of Marketing:
Customer understand and agreed that information filled in SERVIZZ APP / WEBSITE form’s will be used for future marketing purpose by SERVIZZ and Customer allowing them to do that without any objection with limited scope. Also, SERVIZZ will provide opt out option to stop / unsubscribe from marketing emails/ Calls / SMS. We do not send Spam or unrelated emails.
